How long will it take to proceed my order?
We proceed with your order immediately and automatically, due to the inventory
management software that we use, we will get notified on the spot to pack and
ship your item, we will then provide you with the airwaybill# upon DHL pickup.
How long will it take to receive my items?
We usually ship the next day from payment receipt. However it may take 10 to 15
business days to reach you, depending on the address location and customs
delay. We do try to maintain adequate stocks of the items on our site. It is
normally not possible to order something, which is out of stock, but if due to
high demand, we will advise you of the anticipated delivery date, and we will

What do I do if an item arrives damaged?
Well accidents may happen, and in case of damage, the buyer will have to call
the nearest DHL-express office (that we will provide) and file a claim, a
representative then will come and assess the damage. Once this step is done an
immediate replacement will be sent.

What is a mosaic?
A surface decoration made by inlaying in patterns small pieces of variously
colored glass, stone, or other material; - called also mosaic work.
How old is mosaic art making?

2) Grouting

4) Sealing mosaic and grout with sealer
However we always recommend installation of mosaics by professional installers
with experience of mosaic work.

charge a minor fee in return for this service, and shipping cost will increase

Is mosaic resistant to severe weather conditions?
Marble can withstand severe weather conditions, sun frost and salt, without
further treatments after being applied. Their brightness and the ease of
cleaning are maintained for a long period. Therefore mosaics can be used for
outdoor floor and wall-coverings.
What is the difference between Polished and tumbled mosaics?
Polished finish looks more shining and cooler. Mosaic with polished finish
gives richer colors, with straight cutting sided and corners. Tumbled finish
mosaic has a stony matt surface, an aged look and a warmer tone, with rounded
off edges and corners.
Can I install mosaics in wet areas?
You can only install mosaics in wet areas if proper waterproof adhesive,
grouting and coating are applied. A professional installer should do the job.
How do I take care of marble mosaics?
Marbles and cement base grout are porous are recommended to be sealed by proper
sealer. Surface-coating type sealers usually enhance color of the stone while
penetrating sealers retain the natural color. Sealed surfaces should be tested
periodically for effectiveness. Ongoing preventive maintenance can usually
reduce the need of problem solving maintenance. Use a neutral cleaner with a ph
between 7 to 10 and avoid all purpose cleaners or soaps containing
water-soluble inorganic or crystallizing salts, harmful alkali or acids.
